Everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and stand behind our teas.

Domestic shipping (India)

Free shipping threshold: Orders above ₹500 ship free across India.
Flat rate below threshold: ₹60 flat fee for orders below ₹500.
Delivery time: 3–7 business days. Metro cities typically 3–4 days; remote pin codes up to 7 days.
Dispatch time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Courier partners: We ship via Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post depending on your location.

Destinations: UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, UAE, and select other countries. Contact us if your country isn't listed.
Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Typically ₹800–₹2,000 for a 100–200g order.
Delivery time: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Customs & duties: Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. All shipments are declared accurately as 'tea' at commercial value.

Return window: 7 days from delivery for unopened, original-packaging items.
Damaged or incorrect items: Send us a photo via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We'll replace the item at no cost.
Taste preference: We don't offer refunds on opened teas for taste preference, but we'll suggest an alternative and work to find something you'll love.
Refund processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Tea packaging: All teas are packed in resealable, food-grade pouches with a one-way degassing valve to preserve freshness.
Outer packaging: Orders are shipped in rigid cardboard boxes with bubble wrap lining to protect against transit damage.
Gift packaging: Gift wrapping is available on request. Mention it when placing your order via WhatsApp.
