How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, select the tea you'd like, and tap the WhatsApp button on the product page. We'll confirm availability, share payment details, and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept UPI, bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS), and cash on delivery for select pin codes. International orders are handled via bank transfer. We're working on adding card payments — check back soon.

Question 3

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order enters fulfilment and cannot be changed. Please contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes. We work with tea retailers, cafés, and hospitality businesses. Minimum wholesale order is 1 kg per variety. Reach out via the contact form or WhatsApp to discuss pricing and terms.

Where do you ship?

We ship across India and to select international destinations including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and the UAE. If your country isn't listed, contact us — we'll do our best to accommodate.

How long does delivery take?

Within India: 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are typically 3–4 days; remote pin codes may take up to 7 days. International orders: 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Is shipping free?

Free shipping on all India orders above ₹500. Below ₹500, a flat ₹60 shipping fee applies. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a tracking ID via WhatsApp or email. You can also use our Track Your Order page — enter your order ID or email address to see the latest status.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking your country's import regulations for tea before ordering.

How are international orders declared?

All international shipments are declared accurately as 'tea' with the correct commercial value. We do not under-declare or misrepresent shipments. This ensures smooth customs clearance and protects both parties.

What if my order is held at customs?

If your order is held at customs, the courier will typically contact you directly with instructions. If you need assistance, reach out to us on WhatsApp with your tracking ID and we'll help where we can. Customs delays are outside our control, but we'll do our best to support you.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we'll replace it at no cost — just send us a photo via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

What if I'm not happy with the taste?

Tea is personal, and we understand that. If a tea isn't to your taste, we'd love to hear your feedback and suggest an alternative. We don't offer refunds on opened teas for taste preference, but we'll always try to find something you'll love.

Question 14

How should I store my tea?

Store in an airtight container away from direct sunlight, moisture, and strong odours. Our packaging is resealable and suitable for storage. Properly stored, our teas remain at their best for 18–24 months from the harvest date printed on the pack.
